TODAY’S VERSE:
Whoever corrects a mocker invites insults; whoever rebukes the wicked incurs abuse. Do not rebuke mockers or they will hate you; rebuke the wise and they will love you.
Instruct the wise and they will be wiser still; teach the righteous and they will add to their learning. Proverbs 9:7-9
THEME: ACCEPT CORRECTION IN GOOD FAITH
WORDS OF HOPE:
Our lives are progressively built by improvements and corrections we make every day. It is a priceless, everyday life and it’s a blessing to have someone or people in your life who consistently point to you in the right direction or help you to stay true to GOD’s Word and to walk in His word. Accepting corrections should not be seen as shameful or weak but to be seen as our path to victory in our daily Christian walk. If you build your life in a continuous learning mode, you always add to your wisdom and get better every day.
PRAYER POINTS:
• Give thanks to God for correcting you through his children.
• Pray and ask GOD to give you a heart that is receptive to correction.
PRAYER:
GOD, give us the heart that is receptive to correction. Amen 🙏🏽
