DAILY WORDS OF HOPE

7 WORDS OF JESUS ON THE CROSS
FRI. 19.04.2019

TODAY’S VERSE:
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. John 19:28

THEME: FULFILL SCRIPTURE

WORDS OF HOPE:
The cross did not happen to Jesus; He came specifically for it. He is not a martyr. Jesus knew specifically what He was going through. Such knowledge is crucial as we walk with the LORD.
Jesus knew at this juncture that all things were now accomplished and that the scripture in Ps. 69:21 had to be fulfilled. Many atimes we pray “Father, not my will but your will be done”; the truth is, when God’s will shows up, will you know it? God does not intend for life to happen to His children. He wants us to understand His plan and align ourselves to same.

PRAYER POINTS:
Pray today that you’ll understand God’s plan for your life currently and the next steps after here. Ask that you’ll be aligned to God’s plan and purposes and not stand opposed to them.

PRAYER:
Father, we thank you for your thoughts for our lives. Grant us insight to understand your plan for us, and may your will be made manifest in our lives. Amen 🙏🏽
