THEME: TRANSFORMED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT
WORDS OF HOPE:
To be transformed simply means to be changed from one state to the other with completely different characteristics. When a person comes into contact with the Holy Spirit, there should be proof of that. There must be a marked difference in his characteristics for others to see a transformed life. We will have to ask ourselves what we need to be transformed into. Our mindset needs transformation. The way we do things previously as unbelievers must change when we encounter the Holy Spirit and even as believers, we must daily be changed for the better (Romans 12:2)
Our attitudes will also be transformed once we are in contact with the Holy Spirit. He will transform us just as a glass bottle depicts when cold water is poured into it. Let the Holy Spirit transform your life.
We read from 2 Corinthians 3:18 that we are changed from glory to glory but it’s the Holy Spirit that brings this into effect. We must daily surrender our lives, our will and mindset to Him in order for change to happen in those areas.
PRAYER TOPICS:
• Thank God for this message of transformation by the Holy Spirit
• Ask God to help you surrender your entire life to Him.
• Ask God to change your heart, your will and your ways for His own glory.
PRAYER:
Father let me be transformed into a better person daily even as I hand over my life to you. Amen
