Hope @ 25 Families Day Out at Rufus Park

We are a church that belives in Jesus christ and the followers and We are a church that belives in Jesus christ

As part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the HOPE Congregation of the Presbyterian Church  of Ghana, the church converged at the Rufus Green Park off the Accra -Dodowa road for a families day out. From the church premises in Sakumono-Estates, buses and private vehicles drove out in a convoy with church members for a never to miss family gathering here.

The objective of the families day out put together by the HOPE @ 25 Anniversary Planning Committee  is to create quality fun for families – to hang out, network and socialize amidst good food, drink and music. Call it a genuine sense of fun for mothers and fathers and one may not be far from right. In the serene enclosure, parents watched their wards climbing balloon walls and bounce in balloon castles. There was sea saws and swings for the kids. There was also table tennis, draught, volleyball, musical chairs, and dancing competition among the various generational and service groups in the Church. The sword drill was also a delight to watch as participants displayed their dexterity at quickly searching and opening the appropriate bible quotations.
To top it all was the good food served to every participant that made it to the Rufus Green Park. In all, it can be said that the HOPE @ 25 Anniversary Planning Committee lived up to expectation, treating patrons of the families’ day out to great entertainment and relaxation on Saturday January 2, 2016
