Passage: John 2: 1-11

Today I have the following to share. How do you read the Bible and how do you interpret it? If you read the Bible as a history book, you will miss the mystery in the Bible

The mystery: In a short period, Jesus provided a better wine at no cost.

In Isaiah 55:1, God invites us earlier to a free wine. "Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; and you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without a price."

Paul confesses the wasted life before Christ as captured in Phi 3: 7-8 "But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ" Every Christian testifies to this as indicated in Rom 6: 20-21.

Our theme for today is "Jesus, the Agent of change" John 2: 9-10. When Jesus comes into your life things change. He reverses the order of serving and life itself. Know Jesus and accept that fact that when he comes into your life, he changes things in your life.

In Christ, your life is changed and reversed (I Pet 4:3-4). Every Christian must experience this reversed lifestyle

Today is a Blue Cross Sunday, there are a number of things that are wasteful in life which must be discarded. Two of such things that do not mix, is the Bible and Alcohol. Choose the Bible and live a true Christian life. People argue about things they do not want to do, not on things they cannot do.

Be careful with your life and give those wasteful aspects of your life to Jesus Christ. He is a Change Agent, He will change you.

Amen.
