God willing, Holy Communion will be administered next Sunday 2nd December 2018 in all three (3) services. In that regard, “Speaking” will be done from Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th November as follows:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; from 8.00am till 12noon and then from 2.00pm till 5.00pm.

Thursday; from 8.00am till 12noon and then from 2.00pm till 8.00pm.

All Communicants are urged to prepare themselves aptly for the service.

Members are reminded that preparatory lessons for Confirmation on St. Stephen’s Day (26th December) is held every Sunday at 4.00pm prompt in the Basement.

All concerned are to take note and urge their children to be punctual.

NB: Members are kindly requested to note that, where there is the need for a person to be confirmed using the English language, that need can be met. Any such need should be brought to the attention of the Administrator or any of the Agents.

The Leadership of the Children’s Ministry is compiling the personal details of all the children to update the records of the congregation.

Parents and guardians arekindly requested to contact any of the Children’s Service Teachers to provide the required information.

The Committee on Campus Ministry is preparing to visit our children who attend secondary and tertiary educational institutions in the Eastern region. The visit will come off before the Christmas holidays.

Parents and guardians whose children are in schools within the Eastern region are kindly requested to collect forms from the Ushers and return the completed forms to the Ushers or the Administrator. Information on students who just went to form 1 is particularly critical.

***For secondary students, kindly indicate whether the child is in the Green or Gold track.
