DAILY WORDS OF HOPE
BY PCG, HOPE CONGREGATION – SAK. EST.
SAT. 15-12-18

TODAY’S VERSE:
Galatians 2:16, 20 know that a person is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no one will be justified.
20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (NIV)

THEME: FREEDOM FROM THE LAW

WORDS OF HOPE:
Christ freed us from our bondage of law. The law is what crucified Christ and we died in Christ so we are already dead as far as law is concerned, but Paul says in his letter to the Galatian Christians. Instead of law, Christians concentrate on Christ, who frees us from the world and all the laws that people made. We are dead but it is Christ who is living in us. We must allow him to use our minds and muscle to do his work. The good results is not done by ourselves in order to get to heaven, because we already belong to his kingdom. The good that we do is done by Christ when we permit ourselves completely to be obedient to his will.

PRAYER POINTS:
· Thank the Lord for freeing you from bondage.
· Pray for the grace to be obedient to the will of God.

PRAYER:
Dear God help us to bring good to others. Amen 🙏🏽
