THEME: THE BREAD OF LIFE FOR OUR NOURISHMENT AND FOR LIFE
WORDS OF HOPE:
Do we try to satisfy our spiritual needs with unhealthy foods? Do we fill our minds with strange ideas or philosophies and unchristian beliefs from the world around us? Or do we hunger for the bread of life for the spiritual nourishment that Jesus can give us? The children of Israel ate manna, food God provided them in the wilderness. It sustained them each day in their wanderings, but eventually they died. In Jesus God provides us with a different kind of food. Jesus is the bread of life that gives us eternal life and this life is in Jesus Christ.
We must take this very bread everyday of our lives.
PRAYER POINTS:
• Thank you Lord for life.
• Pray for strength to overcome struggles and temptations of this life.
• Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to be your daily bread of life.
PRAYER:
Father thank you for Jesus Christ, the bread of life. Amen 🙏🏽
