TODAY’S VERSE: 1 Corinthians 1:30

THEME: The Winsome Christ Mindset; Christ Jesus is our Redemption

WORDS OF HOPE:
When I contemplate on this glorious life God has called us into, I get so excited and overwhelmed with joy. Christ Jesus is our Wisdom and Righteousness and Sanctification and He is also our Redemption.
Redemption is from the Greek word apolutrōsis, which means full ransom, salvation, deliverance, riddance. These words are the pictorial expressions of what Christ has done for us. Some believers think it was at the instance of Satan that Christ came to die. No. Never. The price of man’s redemption was not set by the devil; it was set by God Himself, not because of the devil, but to appease His own justice. Hallelujah!
Colossians 1:13 reads:
“Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:”
This means when we were redeemed, we were delivered from the power of darkness. It is this realm that ancestral curses and the devil’s power held sway. But thanks be to God, Christ Jesus as our redemption delivered us from our past and the devil’s kingdom. This is why you really do not need deliverance as a child of God. As if the deliverance from the devil’s kingdom and influence was not enough, He equally transported us into the Kingdom of His dear Son, Christ Jesus. This means not only have you been delivered, but God has changed your location spiritually. The devil has no records of you. Ancestral curses and demonic powers have no mandate over you. It is this transportation that makes it possible for us to be seated with Christ at God’s right hand.
Let no one or your experiences lie to you. You are a new creation, you have no past. No ancestral curse can prevail against you. The one who was so charged is dead. You’re completely new. Even now declare “I am redeemed. My sins are forgiven. I am not subject to Satan nor his control or influences. I am established in God’s Kingdom and reign in Christ. Hallelujah!!!”

PRAYER TOPICS:
• Thank God for redemption and forgiveness through His blood.
• Declare Satan has no control over you. You are delivered from his realm and transported into the Kingdom of Christ.

PRAYER:
Ooh God, how amazing is your love and life for me in all the earth. Excellent is your name and excellent is your power in Jesus’ name. Amen
