Hope Congregation launches 2019 Youth and Students’ Week celebration

This year’s Youth and Students’ Week celebration of the Hope Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in Sakumono-Estates have officially been launched. The theme for the celebrations which is being promoted by the Young People’s Guild (YPG) is; “Disciplining the youth to discipline others. 2 Timothy 2:1-2”

Launching of the week-long programme, Rev Frederick Kotey Ashaley, the second Minister of the Hope Congregation urged the youth to use the opportunity to impact positively on the lives of others and help promote the development of the nation. He called on all members of the church to join them in the celebration.

Activities outlined for the celebrations is as follows; Monday, March 11, 2019, exposition on the theme. On Tuesday, there will be a talk on investment followed by praise night on Wednesday. On Friday, there will be a prayer night while Saturday will be for a health walk and games.

The celebrations will be climaxed on Sunday, March 17, 2019 with a thanksgiving service.
