The Hope Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, PCG, Hope Congregation has kick started a series of activities as part of this year’s evangelism campaign with the aim of reaching out to people with the message of salvation. Youth X’plo is a youth-led annual evangelism and mass outreach programme organised by the Hope Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. This year, the programme is held under the theme, “Awake to righteousness” 1 Cor 15: 34.
A Central Planning Committee has been put in place to come up with programmes that will help the church accomplish its mission of reaching out to the lost in the society.
As part of the outreach programme, the following events will be held in and around the Sakumono Estates Community to evangelize to the community. The programmes include market outreach at the Texpo Market, Baatsonaa, Street evangelism, Outdoor musical concert, blood donation, among others.
The SOUL WINNING Campaign was initiated in 2007 and since then, the train has been to some rural communities in the Greater Accra, Eastern, and Central Regions. The focus of Youth X’plo this year is the Tema area with the Baastona Texpo Market being the central target for the 2018 edition.
