WORDS OF HOPE:
These verses represent a key prayer of Paul to the believers in Ephesus for inner strength, the indwelling of the Lord in their lives, and the knowledge of the dimensions of God’s deep love for them. Paul understood the need and the benefit of having the Holy Spirit dwelling within the believer. He spoke from his own experience.
Firstly, when the Spirit of the Lord dwells in you, you will be strengthened to do greater things in His name. Next He will stir you up and cause a deeper hunger and thirst for God within you and the more you seek Him, the more Christ is formed in you and His glory manifested in you (Colossians 1:27).
Further, the power of the Holy Spirit within causes us to understand the nature of the love of God. This love surpasses all knowledge; it is wide, long, high and deep. How this love reached the world of sinners and continues to extend to unbelievers, the loved and unloved, poor and the rich. As we receive the Holy Spirit and His workings in us, the state of our hearts is being transformed to know Him and the more we conform to Him, His fullness is formed in us.

• Pray for Gods power to dwell in you • Pray for the Holy Spirits empowerment in all endeavours
• Pray for understanding and directions in decision making
PRAYER:
Father in the name of Jesus, I receive power through your Spirit in my inner being to be transformed so that Christ be formed in me. I pray that I will have an understanding of the great love of God and be filled with the measure of the fullness of God to show His glory in all things in Jesus Name. Amen
